Our adult granddaughter and her boyfriend were in from out of town....New York and San Francisco, so they experience some fine dining and we wanted something special but not rushed and lots of time for conversation....and great food. DOMINICS fits the occasion perfectly! And to top it off a visit from Dominic himself is a special highlight!

Excellent food! Best I have had since I left New Jersey/New York! Romantic atmosphere, excellent service, super convenient and friendly valet. So glad we chose to celebrate our anniversary here!

Absolutely phenomenal!!! The best service! The nicest people! The best Italian food! It’s just a beautiful establishment... I can’t say enough about the hospitality that we received! They run a tight ship! I super highly recommend! We can’t wait to go back!!! ?❤️??????????

All of the staff, from our Head Waiter, Joe) to the Bussers, servers etc. were completely professional yet kind and witty. We all felt so relaxed yet amused! At the end of the evening, the proprietor, Dominic and original Chef, Mr. Dominic Galati came by our table and chatted with us. Then he went behind the bar to pour and serve the four of us a glass of his famous “housemade” Limoncello that was fabulous and his very personal and very entertaining conversation concluded a GREAT evening!

Service was excellent. Wife had resort to with lobster which was just ok. Not much flavor. I had the veal saltimbocca which was good. Had cheese cake for dessert, which was very good.

Dominic's is king of the hill! This was our first visit in and we will be back. The food was amazing the barrel aged cocktails shouldn't be missed. Our server was Joe, he's amazing. It's been a long long time since we have seen such professional service. Nothing rushed, he explained the menu, created a dish for us to make sure we got just what we wanted.

I had my birthday dinner at Dominic's and had a lovely time. I had a party of about 13 people and the staff were all very accommodating, patient, and friendly. The food was delicious and the inside was gorgeous!

This restaurant is a hit or miss. VERY similar experience to all the other low reviews. In one corner of the restaurant you have Dominic the owner singing to tables, professional time/service/table management by the servers…but in the other back side of the restaurant you have 40 minute wait time between drinks, appetizers, salad, and meal. We waited two hours while other tables that got there at the same time & later were waited properly and able to leave. It’s very unprofessional especially when you join a waitlist for an early reservation for a reason, just to be held there til after closing. Both tables next to me were also very concerned about the slow service and time management.I hope the manager doesn’t reply to this like the others to invalidate my poor experience as a customer…not a good look.

Call it ironic, went to Dominic's because of a negative one star review. It was really Kayla's review that sold us. Complaining about how it's a Sicilian restaurant and they don't have lasagna and other Americanized Italian, I knew this was the spot. While I do feel sorry to hear of her father's dietary restrictions and misunderstanding of what real Italian food is. Unlimited soup salad and bread sticks at Olive garden sounds like the "Italian" they were looking for. Back to the our experience, it was awesome we laughed with the staff and had a ball joking around. The snails with artichoke were special and perfectly savory. Arincini was slap ya momma good. I also got the pappardelle with the veal picatta, didn't want a full portion of pasta so they offered half, so I was happy. All I can say about the negative reviews is read the menu before you go this isn't Olive garden. Be prepared for true Italian dishes that you don't see every day and prepared with love and attention.Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome but they do not have chicken tenders.

Food was good service was awful. We were early and wanted to grab a drink at the bar. No one waited on us. When we ordered an appetizer we were told we had to order our full meal then our waiter left. When we got our bill they took our card then did not come back to our table. 15 minutes later I walked up to the bar and asked if I could get my card back. I heard someone in the back swear then someone came out with my card and check. We won't go back even though the food was really good

Food took over 2 hours. Manager would not look us in the eye when we told him that our meal was forgotten. Offered us free dessert after waiting another 30 minutes just to hear back from the manager. Terrible management, would not recommend going here on a busy night, special occasion, or if you only have less than 4 hours scheduled for dinner.

Nice atmosphere, friendly servers. Apps (smoked salmon) and bread were delish. Entrees were bland, especially the lobster risotto. No need to return since there are so many other places.

Dominic's was such a great choice for my anniversary dinner. First of all, the restaurant is beautiful inside, I have never been in a more beautiful restaurant in St.Louis. Service was extremely amazing and helpful. Food was so so yummy. They even gave us a free dessert for our anniversary. Will be coming back
