The hotel is nice. Close to the airport.However, Terrance at the front desk hung up on me several times when I inquired why the shuttle was taking so long. I waited 90 minutes to take a ten minute ride to my hotel. I arrived outside the airport in Saint Louis at 11:40. I arrived in my room at 1 a.m I told him you hung up on me and I don't appreciate that. He said all I need from you is your credit card. I said an apology would be nice. Our flight got cancelled at St. Louis airport and I booked the room from my Hilton app on my phone. Called the hotel for the airport shuttle and it was prompt in picking us up and upon arrival the front desk staff was great. Hotel is very clean and enjoyed drinks and dinner in their lounge area. I needed a late check out and was told no problem. Would definitely stay here again should the need arise.

To begin with, The restaurant is located inside the hotel. Food was fine although you don't want to go here if you are in a hurry. But service was great eager to please.
