I've had Hi-Pointe at a few different locations, and quality seems like a shot in the dark. I wasn't surprised the location in The Dome wasn't super great (the burger was super salty and skimpy on sauce), but I was surprised the main location was the worst.Came in on a Friday evening to grab a quick bite before a movie. The place didn't look too busy, so didn't think twice when we placed our order. Unbeknownst to us, they had a TON of delivery orders, so we ended up waiting over 45 minutes for our food. If we had been informed that at the beginning, we would have opted to go elsewhere given our time constraint (we ended up missing our movie and having to drive to a farther away theater to catch a later showtime).On top of that, the food was almost inedible. The burger was overcooked and dry, and it was missing the extra toppings I ordered/paid for. The fries were cold and mushy and ended up tossing them out.

This restaurant was an awesome place to visit. The food was great. I loved the dining options that were I side or outside.I also love that the menu accommodates vegetarians and non pork eaters. Very nostalgic novelties and is also pet friendly. Would definitely recommend it. Wish yall had one in FloridaDietary restrictions: I don't eat pork, and it was great to know that they have considered customers with dietary restrictionsKid-friendliness: Love the fact that the whole family, including the pet can dine

This place is absolutely amazing. They won the best burger is st Louis for a reason, theyre delicious. If I were not just passing through this would be a weekly spot I'd go to for food. Absolutely delicious and the staff is very nice.Parking: Not awful, kinda awkward spot but still readily accessible parking.
Buying something next door and preordered a burger. In and out. Nice and easy. It was like walking through a great concert for a few minutes. Burger didn’t make it to McCausland. Thank you for remaining a St. Louis staple.

Went here after going to the dispensary next door. I'm a vegetarian so I was kinda worried about eating here since it was my first visit. Luckily they had an impossible burger which was actually super good! My partner got a side of sweet potato tots and those were absolutely delicious as well! Overall the food was delicious and the vibe was coolio inside.Vegetarian options: The impossible burger is amazing and since you pick the toppings yourself you can have an amazing burger. I'd also recommend the sweet potato tots!

I absolutely recommend this spot. It's a tad pricey but the food is good. Just make sure they give you everything. Overall I'd say this place is good to go.
First time we went and it was awesome. One of the dudes working there was on top of it, asking people in line if they wanted to order or were coming for pick up. He also came outside and asked us how stuff was and cleaned up our stuff for us which was really kind of him considering it was literally us just deciding to eat our take out on a whim on the patio. The food was awesome. My husband said it was like 5 guys but not greasy and better - which I agreed with. The fries were thick which I usually don't care for, but I found myself eating them all. It was an awesome visit and we'll definitely come again.Vegetarian options: I know there's impossible burgers and lots of salads. Check the menu, they got something for you!Parking: The parking lot is small. Enter from McCausland, not the side street like we did. Expect to potentially park on the street nearby.Kid-friendliness: I got a kids meal personally, and it was the perfect size for me.Wheelchair accessibility: The patio has a wheelchair accessible area that's a little bit away from all the main tables. Gives you space!
I had their special Reuben Burger and it was decent. I also had a regular burger I did too was decent. The fries were just normal fries and their specialty fry sauce was like every other fry sauce with a hint of cayenne type spice. I was expecting something more than just a regular burger and fries, but that's what they serve. Was it good, no, was it bad no, was it special, no... I wouldn't go out of my way for it again...

We love this place, the food is outstanding and hearty. Decor is fun and picture worthy. Service is slow, everything is made fresh, we get it BUT we were all done eating long before my son's burger came out. His cheese came with it for fries, but no fries for another 10 minutes or so. Wish the tables were served together and not broken up the way they are. However, it will not keep us away-we return each time we are in. STL
