Pathetic service! Very slow and reluctant to take the orders . The staff rarely bothered about the customer standing in a queue. I did not see them Sober. The hygiene is pathetic. Not recommended.
Ice cream was really good, but the customer service was horrible. Girl named kiara was so nasty and rude, I couldn't believe her attitude. If you can't be pleasant with customers you don't need that type of job. I notified her supervisor named kalira which probably didn't matter, she didn't seem to concerned so I'll be contacting a manager

Came for the funnel cake. Unfortunately they didn’t have it. They have full advertisements for it. Left with chocolate ice-cream. The employees don’t want to be bothered. I guess try again next time . It’s close to south entrance, to the right of pumpkin arch. Good luck .
