I came to this location & was told they didn’t have anything to sell (even tho it’s a 24hr location) then the next day came for tacos and they were cold and old tasting. Was told to pull around the front of store to receive food and it took 20 mins for 6 Tacos and a Jack wrap?

I ordered on the app. The option allowed for drive thru pick up. When I arrived I was informed I had to come inside. I informed the girl speaking to me that I selected drive thru. She replied “you have to come inside to pick up the order.” I asked if I can cancel the order, she replied “do what you gotta do.” I asked do I have to come inside to cancel the order.
