Would never recommend. Ordered through Doordash, waited over 30 minutes before calling to check on my order and the girl who answered told me my order never came through. Another girl (very rude), picked up after the first put me on hold and gave me nothing but attitude and told me she didnt know what I was calling for. Told me my order was out for delivery, but still have not received anything. Almost certain they just told me whatever to get me off the phone. Would not recommend.
I've ordered from this location often over the last four years, I AM DONE. Today my order was delivered, however, it was incorrect. I called the store to state this, and without asking for my name or order number I was asked "it was a wrap right?' When I shared what I ordered and what I received I was told a replacement would be sent. The driver (not JJ's) told me he needed the previous sandwich for proof. Placed an order on 3/25/24 at 12:40..... never received it. Called the store to get a refund. And she hunf up on me. Called cooperate and they haven't returned my call either. Will never order from JJ again since thats the type of business they are. Ill be contacting my bank to dispute the charges
