I inquired about an 8pc meal that included mash potatoes, coleaw, fries 4 biscuits and chicken tenders. The manager didn't remember the meal deal on line and over charged me. ( he also forgot to include the biscuits. Had to call and return to the store for the biscuits. Last time patronizing this"K F'-IN C"restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: Non existent!
Gave me the entirely wrong order. Called and had originally spoken to a manager in the store. Then to someone named Liza. Was told having it replaced would not be an issue. When back in the area I called the location to have that done. A manager named Kevin told me he would call Liza. Then was told Liza doesn't remember. So no replacement. Check your food, including the age of it. Would never return or recommend to anyone. Terrible service.
