This place is a joke I came to the window they asked me for my receipt right away I ordered 2 sandwhiches they only rang me up for one I was in drive in had to go in order another sandwich this location is a joke yall need to get it together

HELLO MC DONALD'S!!! WHAT IS GOING ON IN YOUR STORES??? YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS ANGRY AND RUDE!!!Today, 4-24, I ordered a sausage egg McMuffin. Cashier states there are no poached eggs just folded eggs, so I order the sausage egg mc griddle. I was charged for the sausage egg and cheese mc griddled and still didn't get an egg on my sandwich. Mc Donald's anywhere, has repeatedly been a disappointment, on so many levels, they just can't get it right. THEY DON'T PAY ATTENTION TO THE CUSTOMERS AT ALL ANYMORE!!! THEIR PERSONAL LIFE IS MORE IMPORTANT TO DISCUSS AT WORK ,THAN THEIR ACTUAL JOB. THEY ARE TAKING THEIR FRUSTRATIONS OUT ON THE CUSTOMERS!!!IT ALL STARTS WITH MANAGEMENT!!! PAY MORE ATTENTION TO YOUR CUSTOMERS AND REVIEWS!!! You just hire anybody!!!

One star because the lady who works there wants to have a attitude. I ordered a mcgriddle and asked for picante sauce on the side. She didn't want to give it to me. The worker talked to herself in front of me. How it's so weird and gross to put that sauce on a sandwich. Finally she gave it to me but threw it at my hand so I dropped it... Why can't you just focus on your job. The opinions of a worker do not matter when it comes to a customer and their taste.
I used the drive thru. 1st, my #2 breakfast combo was missing the hashbrown, got it. I drove off, then I discovered I had the wrong order all together! I went back, parked, and went inside. It was chaotic! Another lady from the drive-thru was raising hell cause she hadn't received her order. The manager corrected my order she was cool about it cause I was cool about it. They need better organization skills

A long story short. Went to this establishment on 4/14. Was given the wrong drink and wrong burger. A manager came outside and basically told me it was my fault that i received the wrong order. ???? Not sure how that happens but it did. Additional dialogue happened but I won't go there.
