Cannot say enough good about this place. I love the cakes. I purchase them for gifts as they package them very nicely. They are so good and look so pretty on the dessert table at your next occasion.

If I could give a 10/5 for customer service, I would do so! I ordered 4 bundlets for pickup about 24 hours ahead of time, with the seasonal flavor in my order. Unfortunately when I arrived, I was told they were out. I expressed my frustration since I made this order, specifically for the seasonal flavor (and how much I loved it when I had it a few years back). The woman at the counter tried to find a resolution and after checking in back, was able to give me a dozen bundtinis instead! It was such a relief and definitely above and beyond! I will be back (even though I don’t live that close)!

100%, most moist cake in St.Louis!We have been getting birthday, special occasions, and we-want-quality cakes here for years. Eveytime, the cakes are rich, moist and the icing dense, but not gritty. Our favorites are the White Chocolate Raspberry & Red Velvet.The service is always polite, friendly & helpful; making suggestions for indecisive guests. Yesterday, I left as the shop closed. Next to me, someone pulled up, walked up to the door with the sign "closed" & the employees happily let them in to sell a cake! Wow! That humanity is another aspect that sets them apart in the community.If you're on the fence, make the choice and be a hero: bring a Nothing Bundt Cake to your next event.Parking: Parking off Manchester is a bit tite, however there's usually parking behind the building.Kid-friendliness: It's a total family atmosphere.Wheelchair accessibility: Wide front entry without a step up to enter. However, it's linked to the front street parking, so might be tricky to menuever with a chair.

Awful customer service! Ordered for delivery for a relative’s birthday surprise and the delivery driver was not able to deliver. I was not notified until I called the location to see if the delivery was made. One associate said they would make the delivery again tomorrow - I was fine with that. Then I called back and said it could actually wait until Monday when the manager informed me they would not try and deliver again that the items would have to be picked up.I would NOT recommend ordering for delivery from this location. I have used Crumbl Cookie in the past and it was seamless!!Very poor customer service and communication at Nothing Bundt Cakes on Manchester!!!!!!

Bought over $100 dollars worth on an 8" bundt cake and 2 dozen bundtini cupcakes and was told I couldn't get a bag because I needed one more dozen to qualify for a "free" bag, if not I had to purchase one.. Even though I clearly needed a bag. Ridiculous.

Picked up a variety of flavors this afternoon and was amazed at the freshness. The pumpkin is great but I think the strawberry is my new favorite. Try them all, you will not be disappointed.

Best customer service I've ever had...me my wife, and kids came up to this location and when we stepped inside nothing but pleasant smiles as we began to pick up our order it began to pour down rain..the young lady at the counter took it upon herself to grab an umbrella and walk us out 1 by 1 to our car sacrificing herself to get soaking wet Ive never in my life went to a place that would have done that..To the young lady at that front counter, Our family wants to thank you for being a wonderful person greatly appreciated...The cake was amazing best in town....

We worked with Nothing Bundt Cakes for our wedding desserts and we were not disappointed. The team was communicative and timely! Although a huge order, we got it on time and it was exactly what we wanted. The bundtinis were delicious!!!
