Overall, a terrible experience. I recently returned and unfortunately food quality has taken a dive. French toast no longer use a custard, i ended up with just fried eggs on my toast. The pancakes are being made with a milk/water mix and come out tacky. The syrup is diluted now, my bacon was cold and my eggs used to come with cheddar but instead they come with anerican cheese. The coffee used to be a local company then changed to another but now they don't tell you what it is but it tasted burnt and bitter. I feel like it was folgers. Did i mention prices have also gone up but the worse part qas they give you freashh squeezed orange juice but the machine wasn't running so they prepared it before hand and diluted with water and added sugar.

This place is Amazing! The food, service, and atmosphere is always top notch. We have never had a bad experience. Original Pancake House is the standard no other breakfast place we have ate at come close. Do yourself a favor and go today!!! Check yelp before going to check the wait times because 90% of the time there's at least a 30 minute wait
I wish I could actually give them a good review but I cannot. Haven't been here and almost a year decided to get breakfast. Sat at the front bar area. Was greeted with a menu and water. Sat patiently and checked email on my phone. To my surprise to people next me we're done eating and my order was never taken. So I don't not know if the food was good today or not cause that wait was unreasonable.

Awesome Experience!!?? First time visit, sat at the bar to skip wait..Tried the buttermilk pancakes, bacon and scrambled eggs & cheese were all cooked & prepared to PERFECTION! Best orange juice ever, freshly squeezed. Extraordinary Service as well. A++ Highly recommend!!

Food was good but the place was packed with people and the staff were overwhelmed making for an overall bad experience.
I was greeted and seated promptly when I arrived. Server was nice but very busy. I ordered Bacon, eggs (scrambled hard with cheese) and a Waffle. My companion ordered pancakes, turkey sausage and scrambled eggs. All the food was good. I had to send my coffee back. They had no creamer only heavy whipping cream which didn't taste well so I changed it to wild Blueberry & acai tea which was good.
