Tasty, good quality take out Chinese. From what I've seen, much of it seems to be made from scratch & fresh produce used. Reasonably priced too. At times, parking can be a problem, not enough spaces to accommodate all the businesses. However, they have no control over
Never deliver. Food is adequate. They will not remove "delivery" in their description because sales would plummet.Parking: Mini strip of businesses, so parking isn't hard to come by.

One of the best in this area ! Recently went under renovations , now more space available to eat inside rather it’s with family or alone . Food is always hot and fresh. Definitely a 10/5 all around.
