Very bad service, they are very poorly educated people and they throw away the food, I mean they don't deliver it to the people. This happened on the night shift. If you like, I can give you customer service classes for free. When you work with customer service, you have to be very professional they are not BAD SERVICE

Sandwich was horrible. Thought I told y'all already. If not I'm saying it again. Too much sauce was dripping off it. Strong taste of mustard. Just overall nasty and I will never go there again. Go on Hanley if you want an amazing sub from Penn Station.

Worst experience ever! The employees completely ignored me when I walked in. I stood there for several minutes without them even acknowledging me. So I asked if they could just hand me my sandwich I ordered online and they got very upset. One employee actually told me to “get the **** out”

All employees were in the back smoking. The guy who took our order was definitely stoned. What appeared to be manager, is eating fries while putting stuff away. Bathroom and floors/tables were disgusting yet there was no one in the place. Also, they started making our order incorrectly. Won't be back to this location!
