HANDS DOWN THE BEST PIZZA IN ST. LOUIS.Apologies to St. Louis natives but this place puts everywhere else to shame in the city. The pizzas were all delicious, well seasoned and had perfect thin crust. I really enjoyed the eggplant pizza (Bonci) because it had such a good spicy level and was so unique. The Stracciatella was so fresh and the cheese was amazing. I liked it so much I went back a week after trying it the first time. I’m already planning my next dinner there.

Food was super fresh, with bright flavors. The bonci pizza had great spice to it. Nice mom and pop ambiance. Staff were attentive even though they were super busy.

Best pizza in town! I go here often with family and friends. The sauce has a citrusy after taste that I can't get enough of and most of the cocktails can be mocktails.

Finally made it to Pizzeria de Gloria on the Hill, known for their wood fire pizza. It was a beautiful night, so we were able to sit on the patio, which was a nice vibe. I had a refreshing salad and we got the mushroom pizza . We subbed tomato sauce for the white wine lemon cream sauce. I did not know how I would like that, and I was NOT feeling adventurous enough to try. Plus, I was hungry! The pizza was really good, but salty. I am assuming from the mushrooms or the pecorino romano. The drinks were sub par, and I am not sure they know how to make an actual French 75. Service was standard. I'd go back because the pizza was good and I love pizza!

Yes, the pizza here is great! the sausage pizza for me and the Bonci pizza for my Vegan wife. They also have a changing assortment of small plates. Last night my wife had the trumpet mushrooms which she declared to be incredible. Surprisingly for a pizza place, they do terrific salads as well. My wife loved her greens with blood oranges and my creamy Italian was great as well. Someone really puts a lot of effort into making sure that the ingredients are fresh and the salads well seasoned. this is absolutely one of our favorite places to eat in Saint Louis!

Their pizza is delicious, especially the dough they use. The mushroom pizza is a must try! Great service, lovely ambience, and good food. We make sure to come here everytime we're in St. Louis.

I did a carry out order so I can’t speak for anything but the food. The pizza wasn’t that great. The toppings did taste good but the crust wasn’t good. It was very very tough, overcooked and difficult to chew. The entire crust in the pizzas were burnt dark black. On the plus side, our toddler enjoyed using it as a teething toy lol. Hopefully ours was just a mistake. The pics that others posted didn’t show dark black crust.

This is currently our favorite pizzeria in St Louis. The bonci pizza (eggplant) is absolutely fantastic. Good wine selection as well.Edit: their closing time on Friday says 10pm, but they stop seating people for food at 9pm.

So many good things about this place! The main attraction being the pizza (duh). But for real...absolutely delicious. I got the kale pizza and it had the biggest kale leaf I have ever seen on it. It was a little awkward to cut through the giant stem of it but it was so good and striking to look at for a pizza. The service was prompt and attentive. Atmosphere was "casual nice" and pretty small. We sat outside which is in kind of an alley between 2 buildings. It felt a bit cramped at times, as did the inside which was very warm. The bar is also very tiny but they had some nice looking cocktail options.

The Hill is one of my favorite foodie neighborhoods and I was excited to try Pizzeria Da Gloria. To me, this one of the best places to bring picky eaters. Who doesn't love delicious pizza? We tried a couple different pizzas - the special penne a la vodka, amatriciana, margharita, and mushroom. My favorites were definitely the penne a la vodka pizza and the amatriciana, as it was packed with complex flavor from the jalapeño paste. Our server was helpful and apologized when the kitchen ran out of an ingredient and suggested an alternative pizza option. Also, would recommend sitting in their outdoor heated patio area, it was very charming!

The food and service were outstanding. The pizza is one of the best I've had and is so light. It compares favorably to Union Loafers and O+O pizza to me. Not going to try to rank them but it's similar and in the same league.

Pizzeria Da Gloria is in my top 3 favorite StL pizza spots. Their wood fired goodness gives St. Louis style a run for its money. I love the atmosphere of their cozy, back-corner bar as much as the brick lined patio. The cocktail menu usually has a few unique surprises. I typically don't need a to go box for the pepperoni and jalapeño pizza. Just as my husband polishes off a 4 cheese with ease by himself. No shame what so ever. Don't mind the long line, staff is quick and efficient.
