This was the worst popeyes I've ever been to. It needs to be shut down and totally restaffed. Almost an hour in the drive thru and never had my order taken. I sat at the speaker to order for about 25 minutes after waiting a half hour to get to the speaker.I will never return

Waited in drive thru for 30 minutes just to get to the speaker. Get to the speaker and waited 5 minutes to be told be told “ give me a minute” by whoever was working the drive thru. Waited another 20 minutes with no response while cars consistently pulled out the drive thru for waiting too long.The young lady working the drive thru should be fired. This Popeyes is horrible. This is Tuesday March 26th 2024 at 3:25 pm. I wrote this whole review while still sitting waiting on my order

There was only one lady here who was nice. The food took forever to get done, they were out of everything except for the chicken sandwiches. The manager was doing nothing but complaining about being there for four hours rather than motivating their team and creating better morale for the employees.

Just got off work didnt feel like cooking decided on some popeyes although They never have wings or the flavor wings you're asking for ,now they're handing the complete wrong order out. I paid & ask for 2 spicy breast meal & they handed me a 3 piece dark 2legs & a thigh....CUSTOMER service here is HORRIBLE !!! So I'm back in drive thru lane trying to get what i ordered. Oh I had to ask for my receipt and I'm glad I did..Update the young lady just hung out to breast in a bag through drive-thru window and says 2 breast, 2 breast & closes the window. No I'm sorry for the inconvenience or nothing.. SMH

Got home and the red beans and rice was spoiled. It smelled rancid as soon as I took the lid off. Got jalapeños with no liquid in the cup, they were dried out. So disappointed!!

The young lady’s have no respect for anyone !! I can’t see why the store look so dirty on the outside and the inside. The young lady told me 20 minute wait on chicken I said ok , she said you going to wait 20 minutes for some chicken, I’m like yes I am do you not want me to wait because I don’t want any problems with this food . The food is for an 81 year old person and I would not want anything wrong with his food and I asked her did she add on the two extra breast she yelled out all you can ant me to charge you for that all ok $53.83. I’m like ok I work baby and this is not my food. So the young lady slammed the glass and went on to making orders. So when she came back I asked for a refund I don’t have time for this just give me the money back. I’ll go somewhere else. She got mad and stated we don’t do refunds and I’m like what did you say I don’t want any problems this is getting out of hand please give me the money. She first gave me a have of receipt and I’m like no ma’am I can’t understand known of this can I get a full receipt please. So she took 7 more minutes from the time she gave me my first receipt when I made the order at 3:49 to have to wait when all she had to do is repint the receipt and I could have been in my way. It’s sad you just can’t got to get food and go home without an altercation at the fast food ? restaurant
