Waited in drive thru for 30 minutes just to get to the speaker. Get to the speaker and waited 5 minutes to be told be told “ give me a minute” by whoever was working the drive thru. Waited another 20 minutes with no response while cars consistently pulled out the drive thru for waiting too long.The young lady working the drive thru should be fired. This Popeyes is horrible. There was only one lady here who was nice. The food took forever to get done, they were out of everything except for the chicken sandwiches. The manager was doing nothing but complaining about being there for four hours rather than motivating their team and creating better morale for the employees.

This was the worst popeyes I've ever been to. It needs to be shut down and totally restaffed. Almost an hour in the drive thru and never had my order taken. I sat at the speaker to order for about 25 minutes after waiting a half hour to get to the speaker.I will never return
