Just be straightforward. If the burger is $14.99 and it comes with fries don't charge me an additional $1.99 for the fries (which is what you do). Just say the burger is $17.00. I'm at an airport, I expect higher prices. What you do is just deceptive. Plus..the fries were cold and the server was stressed out. I know... I'm at an airport and I have no choice, but at some point just be a human and do the right thing. I'm sure there is fine print on the menu that explains the fries...read full review
Not a bad option when traveling through St. Louis' Lambert International Airport. It was directly across from my gate, so it was convenient. I was greeted by a server as I sat down and she quickly returned with my beverage. I had the fried ravioli, which was served quickly and hot. This was a nice alternative to the usual airport fast food options. I sat at the counter facing the airport and enjoyed people watching as I ate the delicious ravioli. i came here for a layover i was trying to pass time, the bartender was slow and didn't seem to care. the other lady employee who brought me my food was nice and checked on everyone. food tasted ok, medium portion, drinks were good large with airport prices
