Whet for lunch. Paid my bill at drive thru. Was told to pull forward. There was a car already in front of me, so if I had pulled up behind them, I would be blocking the window. Other customers behind me to pay as well, so I pulled over to a parking spot across from the door they were coming out of with people's orders. Not more than 14 feet from the door. Watched as employees handed 3 cars behind me their orders but still not mine. Went inside and asked about my order, and they said I was not supposed to get out of line, so instead of bringing my order, they left it on the counter for 15 minutes. I asked how long it was sitting there and was told it just came up. The food was cold and soggy. I believe I was lied to, and my food was there for 15 minutes, and if not then I will never go back because the food is cold. If you don't want to bring my food out to me, then don't tell me to pull away from the window .
