I usually think that reviews complaining about staff behavior are overexaggerted at most places... not here though. I have never had a positive experience with staff here. Despite being friendly and efficient, workers at the restaurant are exceptionally rude. I don't expect over the top politeness, and everyone has their off days (usually I just accept this and move on), but the staff yell at customers, roll their eyes, and are just generally curt.
