Went to the Ritz last night for their New Years Celebration. My shoe strap broke when walking in and I didn’t know what to do. But the staff there saved the day. I’ve never experienced such amazing hospitality. They saw me struggling and came to my rescue. Shoutout to Kenna for helping me. My server was excellent. Started off with her bringing a free snack tray to start. I had a hamburger and one thing I learned about that area is that they take their burgers seriously. Very good, juicy burger. The gooey cake was delicious.

Teddy Bear Tea in the Lobby Lounge at The Ritz Carlton is my favorite holiday tradition! The lobby is decorated so beautifully for the holidays. Each guest is served either a pot of holiday tea or hot chocolate. The food is a traditional high tea menu.
