This place is really hit or miss, with emphasis on the miss. The latest miss - We tried to stop by around 6 pm last night, the lobby was half full of people including at least 4 children. We tried to come in but someone at a table gestured they were closed.If you can spare the gas, and really want Wendys. I'd recommend another location.Most of the time, the lobby is locked. The staff was simply horrible and had no knowledge of what was on the menu. didn't even know what decaf coffee was. They were standing around laughing and giggling they didn't know how to work the cash register it was just a simply horrible horrible experience.

Nicholas was my cashier and he was super efficient and friendly! He rang up the family nuggets for me and my fries and because he said it would take a while to make my buggies fresh, he gave me a free drink! But, it didn’t even take that long because the team in the back was so speedy cooking. I am very happy with my meal and the clean atmosphere. Nicholas and the team working this evening should all get a raise!
