Dining room was 61 degrees - it was miserable, food was cold . Cold food in a cold dining room. When I asked the clerk to adjust the heat she said their heat didn't work. Uggh!

I love this location. The staff and the manager are always friendly and we get our senior discount without asking. This store is always clean and the restrooms as well. The food is always delicious and hot, which is refreshing. You can't go wrong if you go to this location.

Someone needs to retrain the person making the sandwiches. Ordered a regular roast beef with lettuce and red ranch sauce the meat was hanging out of the bun all the way around, there was almost zero lettuce and red ranch sauce on it. The restaurant itself was nice but tables were dirty even though the place wasn't busy.

Great experience! I normally (rarely) only visit the Arby's by my work (Maryland Heights), which is always filthy. This location is immaculate, however, and nicely decorated. I ordered and ate in the dining room. The young man that took my order Sunday, 3/19/23 at 2:45pm, was professional and polite. When I said I wasn't sure what I wanted, he made suggestions and didn't even blink when I said I wanted medium curly fries, but a large soda. The food was delivered before I had even finished filling my soda and was perfectly cooked. I will be back!
