Service and cleanliness were impeccable. Kudos to them for that. The grandkids love this place so every time special occasion comes around we buy them cookies. I feel like they are on the expensive side for what you get. we usually get the 12 pack just because it's cheaper and then we can divide among our families. A nice thing is they do offer a veterans military discount if you ask. But it is only good on same-day purchases. It would be nice if you could order ahead of time and then pick up scheduled time but that is not allowed. And you cannot order online with a veterans discount. Maybe they could sign up for ID.me to solve that problem, and then also let you order ahead of time for a schedule time with the Discount. I had my 12 cookies divided into four boxes. They stated they had to charge me for four extra boxes to do that. Which seems kind of weird because they would've given me them in one box at least. So I shouldn't have to pay for at least one of them. That aside I think it's ridiculous that you pay between $40 to $50 for cookies and then they want to charge you $.25-$.65 per box to put them in. My husband said next time maybe we should bring our own boxes :). As I said, no issues with staff they were fantastic. Cookies we're . I just don't see why you have to pay extra for boxes especially if you're not taking them home empty you're actually putting cookies in them when you buy them. Could that be a misunderstanding on the staff part? they didn't seem to think so. @CrumblCookies, any comments?

I love crumbl, never disappoints.Kid-friendliness: Crumbl has all sorts of neat flavors in cookies, they rotate weekly, and keep you on your toes and guessing. Kids would love crumbl because they just aren’t your basic cook. They are out of your normal and cool unique flavors.

This was the worst experience I ever had at an Crumbl cookie. The customer service was horrible no one greeted me or my daughter. They where rude and very unprofessional as if I was this terrible person. The atmosphere made me feel as if I didn’t belong. It was absolutely horrible I believe they gave me hard and cold cookies on purpose. However, I already paid and didn’t want to cause a scene. I stayed positive but do not go to the Cottleville location. Be aware don’t go to that location.

Love the cookies here. Cookies are very big but unquestionably they go fast with the rich taste and gooey freshness. Budget friendly and different flavours each week.The only suggestion would be an option for mini cookie version too.I did order to my friends in various locations for same day delivery they are so quick and on time with same freshness when you pick up in store
