As someone who enjoys getting high and watching her favorite anime I can't begin to explain my disgust with what the actual ever loving fuck I found in one of my favorites, the cheddar broccoli soup. Got my food and came home to watch the new episode of One Piece only to have to run to my bathroom, stick my finger down my throat, and begin upchucking my entire meal. Definitely wasn't expecting to have company in my soup. Just the thought of that in my stomach is enough to make me dry heave like my cat. Cause last time I checked I'm not living some hakuna matata ass life, slimy and satisfying is not what I'm going for. Im not mad tho I'm more heartbroken over all of this, cause now I can't ever get one of my favorites cause I'm scarred for life!!! The ptsd I'm going to carry with me from this event is going to be life changing!!!Eating food from someone/somewhere I loved only to find I had eaten insects is worst than the berserk plot. Down right betrayal to the highest fucking degree cause how could you, after the sick days, after the picnic days, after the delicious green teas. Now I have to break up with Panera like a toxic ex and warn others of their bad behavior.

Getting to the restaurant was difficult. It seemed that Panera was an afterthought in this location, and signage is poor. The restaurant is very well hidden. The parking lot is very small, and was full. The restaurant itself was about half full. Again, maybe it was an afterthought. The lot was so small, in fact, that I worried that this was a carry-out-only location. The restaurant was clean. Beverages were stocked. Disposal and return of trash, trays, and silverware was easy. The trash cans were not overflowing, the tray and silverware areas had recently been emptied.Service was maybe a bit reluctant. It was as if I had to push them to do their job. Maybe serving us was an inconvenience? The food was OK. My only comment is that, if food is not happily and proudly prepared, the taste suffers.Listening to the tone of the other diners, I think they were more mechanical than happy. We ate and got the heck out of there. I never felt that the staff enjoyed their job, or that they were welcoming. I guess it is inconvenient to have to work.I did not enjoy my visit. Something was off. I believe it was the attitude of the staff. I have never before eaten at this location, and it has been several years since I have eaten at any StL Bread Co. After this, I suspect it will be some years before I consider returning. It isn't so much that the experience was terrible as that I can have a better experience at many other restaurants. Why go somewhere for an OK experience, when there are good and great experiences to be had, many other places? Would I return to this location? Not likely.Dietary restrictions: Options for keto are limitedParking: The lot is very small and hard to find.

So I've had Panera bagels and salads many times but took a very long break because I was eating the broccoli and cheese soup and decided to check out the ingredients and was very disappointed so I left Panera alone period. Today I couldn't find Starbucks and went over to Panera instead let me say this is Thee very first time I used one of those kiosks to order lol I got through it without bloodshed or tears lol I hate those things. I ordered a heap of food in about 6 mins flat I had everything. Teriyaki chicken bowl, chicken Fuji apple salad I love these salads no matter who sales them, creamy tomato soup, Asiago Cinnamon Crunch and Everything bagel with small smear of course with all that free bread lol..the free bread just does something to me. My food was hot. I do recommend the Teriyaki bowl it really surprised me in flavor. The apple salad is a must I can see pulling up in the spring and summer. I hope you enjoy the pictures. I have the a 4**** because my Cinnamon Crunch bagel was not in a sleeve and my crunchy stuff was stuck to the bag

Not the Panera I remember, it’s been a couple years.. but wow. The food was not fresh or good tasting, the cookie was rock hard and sandwich tasted like it was a microwaved meal. Floor and tables were dirty, the cost was insanely high for the poor experience. Coffee was ok.Very disappointing, not what I was expecting.

Just picked up my order around 2:30 pm and was super excited to try one of their newer sandwiches I got the Chicken & Pepperoni Mozzarella Melt - Stacked Toasted Baguette but the sandwich had no chicken!! What a waste super frustrating when you’re paying for something and you don’t get what you paid for .

This is a great breadco to go to because of the location but they seem really understaffed. I usually order off of kiosk at this location just because it helps save a few minutes.

Not good service on this visit. Clearly something was going on because customers orders were messed up and delays in process. Got all the way home and our order was also messed up. Had to go back to get the right sandwich. Not a good experience and oh by the way what happened to offering a customer something for all the mistakes and time wasted....just saying they probably throw away alot nightly. What harm would it of been to offer a sweet treat or something for all the trouble.

What a great meal.Vegetarian options: I myself do not like a lot of meat so I go for the vegetable sandwiches and I had a seasonal soup that was delicious.
