I'm not a huge coffee drinker, but I do have a weakness for hot chocolate, especially the product served here.The holidays are also nearing, so that means gift cards also.Service is always fast and friendly.Typical Starbucks decor and ambiance. This one is a bit on the small side, so maybe not the best for a big group.The drive-thru is nice, but the line is frequently wrapped around the building.

Although the lines in the drive through are long, it's worth it. Grab your favorite holiday drink while listening to your favorite music is the way to go! Thank you for my daily Starbucks fix.

I love Starbucks and have been a loyal customer for years! I have found that no matter which location I go to, they are pretty consistent when making my drink. The Mid Rivers Starbucks is always packed with a line around the parking lot so I find placing a mobile order is the way to go. I got 4 shots of espresso over ice. It tasted very good and smooth. Will be back here again soon.

I wish I had another location closer to my house. This location is consistently horrible. Went today and we ordered the new pineapple passion fruit frozen lemonade and a pink drink. We received an original pineapple passion fruit refresher and when we said we ordered the frozen one she argued with us and said we didn’t but she could remake it for us. We’d already waited in the drive through 10 minutes we weren’t waiting longer. Then my venti pink drink is completely watered down for some reason and doesn’t have any strawberries in it. 10 minutes in line and over $11 later and our drink stop was a huge disappointment.

I come to this location regularly! Staff seems to be new pretty often here but you do get some good ones that are really friendly! I would say the coffee is inconsistent but most days are good than not. It's always clean inside and drive thru goes by really fast!

I understand the restaurants get busy but there was also a lack of accountability. I mobile ordered a drink and sat and waited in the store for almost 30 minutes. They had misplaced my drink and when they gave it to me it was watered down and lukewarm. The woman behind the counter did not apologize or offer to remake my drink. I didn’t want to make a fuss, so I left but I was really disappointed and annoyed by the whole thing.

My sister and I ordered inside one after another. Her americano was finished 15 minutes before my matcha. Between our orders the same Batista made about 8 drinks (lost count). Appeared to be mostly mobile orders. Starbucks, you need to cater to your customers that are here, now. Inside should also be prioritized over the drive thru or mobile. Will not be back to this or any location that obviously does this

This is my regular Starbucks. Yes the drive thru line and the parking can be a hassle but the amazing staff makes up for it. They are friendly and always get my order correct. They are very kind, friendly, inclusive and willing to go the extra mile.

Visited on a busy day with long drive-thru line but they always win me back with friendly personal service and great tasting product. Got a venti nonfat hot mocha and banana bread

The line was wrapped around the building when we came all the way to the backside of Panera, the store was so great, however, and had us with our order taken and drinks in here and within five minutes.We ordered two tall drinks for our girls, and they customized them with no hesitation and we're very sweet to the girls. This is a great location and superb customer service. We will be coming back here more often. Thank you so much for your kindness.

I love this location. The lines are usually long but they're really quick moving. I sometimes order on the app and have to go inside to pick it up, so parking is tough but otherwise this is my favorite location.
