I love working with technobake. They answer any questions I have almost immediately. It is surprising how fast they get back with me. If I need a sample of something they are happy to help. Product also arrives so fast.My orders are not huge because I am just getting started but they treat me as if I am a million dollar customer.
Answered my questions about the product (the 3 kg pan fitting in a 6kg Mol d' Art melter.) Two of these fit nicely, but be aware that the induction heating system will not heat one side so the maximum temperature achievable is not what it is with the 6 kg pan. You can get it up to about 108F. Packaging and delivery time were excellent. Very courteous and friendly staff.
