I only went there for 1 item, a large sized Shamrock Shake.The person taking the order was difficult to understand.He repeatedly said “small Shamrock Shake”.And I attempted to correct that I wanted a Large.I was questioning if they only sold 1 size, and if he was even understanding what I was saying.Did I hear him right ?So then I get to the window to pay. Again he says,“Small Shamrock Shake”.. And I repeat, No. I’m wanting to get a Large. He takes my card, finishes the transaction, and hands me my card back. As I pull ahead, I notice that I was indeed charged for a Large, So ok.. That part is at least making sense.I am surprised that a shake costs over $5. But not really a huge surprise, as the cost of everything has become so ridiculous. Even still, I would have left this alone, and just wrote it off as mediocre at best Fast Food Service. I can’t believe that I am taking time out of my day to complain that my daughters cup had a puncture seemingly stabbed through the cup, perfectly across and through the other side.It seriously looks just as I’m explaining. The entry point being larger, and the exit point being smaller. This was an order for only 1 item. And here we are. I’m disgusted beyond words right now. And this won’t happen again, because I won’t be back. McDonald’s, you’d better get your boy in check. He’s going to lose you a lot of business. I know how badly most businesses are struggling in these difficult times. Letting these angry people disrespect your customers like this is most definitely going to affect your bottom line. ($)So if you are failing, this is why. Your employee’s have zero respect and consideration for the customers who are paying their salary. You’ll hear nothing more from me. I’m done. Now do with this whatever you choose.

If I could give zero stars to review I would, just came through the drive through and had an awful experience. It started with hearing the cashier take a dine in order over the speaker on the unit but ignoring us. We then sat at the outside lane window for five minutes and watched three separate cars go through the inside lane and our order was never taken. We pulled up to the window to get their attention and sat there for another minute before she took our order without apology. We then had to wait for an extra ten minutes for our food only to discover the fries were left out after pulling out of the parking lot. Another associate inside attempted to refuse giving us the fries because we left the receipt in the car when we returned. Overall, poor customer service.

Consistently the worst McDonald's experiences. Workers Almost always have a terrible attitude (except a few) its a 50/50 shot your order will be right and have with napkins and straws.

After screwing up my order instead of offering to make it right the store manager Jacob copped an attitude. After requesting a refund store manager Jacob told me I should go any other McDonald’s location instead of this one. EVERYONE should take his advice.

For once we did a dine-in. We waited for a while before we got our order, which was just two burgers and nuggets. I would say we waited around 10 minutes only to find out that the chicken nuggets were stale and not even crunchy. We usually do drive thru here and it's fine. There was literally just us inside.

I work nearby this McDonald's (I work nights) & after 12am this is the only place open (MAYBE) again this morning I went at 2:20am and was told the lobby was closed (it’s open 24 hours also) so I went to the drive through one person asked if I wanted to try there new fish bites then someone else came on a different headset and said there closed till 5am. The night before I was told it was cash only (this is common also) so I got my food but no receipt. Come on McDonald's its flipping burgers for god sakes. How hard can it be? (New) They turned this place around much much better now.

Got the McChicken and ask for onions and pickles and small French fry. I always round up for Ronald McDonald house. Today it took longer and they didn't add my onions and pickles.
