As of making i have been waiting for 30 mins for one drink. I used the app to order ahead and as I put the stall number in the app it was said it is ready, but I am still waiting for my one drink and don't even know if or when it will be ready-Had to push the button to see what was happen after seeing car that pull up after me get there order and leave and they lost my order had to pull up the order in my app to show them I made a order 40 mins ago

I was told that sonic couldn't make blended root beer floats when i know for a fact thats cap because i used to work at a sonic, every other sonic ive been to had no issue making them they just ring it up as a vanilla shake add root beer, car hop that took my order was just lazy smh.
Verbal order was incorrect as the sandwich that we ordered was totally wrong , along with having the wrong condiments brought to us, requiring the Employee to bring the correct condiments that we had requested.

Fast service. Great workers. The food tasted great. Update. 11/28/23I went to this sonics to try the breakfast burrito. In the past at a different sonics I had a terrible experience with the breakfast burritos. Well this morning was a game changer here in the Burg. These burritos are wonderful and big for the price and it was out together with culinary skills. It was all fresh. Thanks for breakfast sonics.. will be back again when I stop in the Burg area.

Sonic is just a no for me from now on. It's highly overpriced a day definitely not worth it. Food is mediocre and looks and tastes like its been sitting for a while. I never get what I ask for. I get it, it is Sonic and fast food, but you can tell that they just do not care one bit about quality, etc here.
