Love this place. I feel like this is the heart of Washington. The views are beautiful, unfortunately I was so taken by the train that is what I was taking pictures of!!! Lol.You come on in and head up to the bar where you place your order and you are usually greeted by one of the owners who are always there it seems Terry or Jerry or one of their staff who are also amazing. Only affiliated with the Beer Deck, and they are with me!! Lol. The hand crafted beers are rather potent... about 12%, the blonde beers are more palatable.. to me, being a light weight, one does me!! It's a great venue with a wonderful view. Great afternoon, they have light food, snacks and a fantastic root beer float!! You'll not see too many guys these days wearing a kilt... A cool place.
