“Our first visit here and hands down an all time favorite! The portions are enough to feed two people or enjoy leftovers later. The breading on the catfish and chicken are out of this world. It’s absolutely a destination. Great service and atmosphere. Family friendly. More than reasonable prices for what you get. I can’t wait to come back!“

“We had an amazing night celebrating a birthday there tonight. The manager, Stephanie, was more than accommodating and sat us pretty quickly. Our wait staff, Winnie and Nate, were fantastic. They kept everyone's drinks filled, Everyone did an incredible job, especially considering they had our party of 12 and another party of 20 at the same time, as well as countless other guests. This is why Longhorn is our favorite restaurant in Joplin. Always excellent service and amazing food, every single time.“
“Our family enjoyed our meal at the Texas Roadhouse. We had a late afternoon lunch and the place was clean and the atmosphere was terrific. Joined the waiting list ahead of time to reduce our wait time. (Highly Recommended) Got us in right away. Great Steaks! Service is usually great but this time not so much but overall we had a great family meal together here at the Roadhouse!“

“Pretty good food but seems a bit pricey. No longer our first choice for smoked meats. That's a shame. It's small and sometimes tricky to get in and out of. Parking lot is iffy to back out of the spots into incoming traffic. It simply isn't the first thought when we want to get barbeque locally.“
“Business trip to Joplin and just seen Guys Best Bite episode the day before leaving. Had to try the double burnt ends from the show. Got here soon after they opened and was seated promptly. Greeted by Caylie (probably not spelled right) right away. Got the burnt ends, baked beans and the Susie Qs. All amazing and large portions.Don’t know if the negative reviews I seen got in later in the day but right at opening seems to be on point!“
“Nice place, enjoyed the decor - the owners are clearly Chevy fans! Sort of a mix between fast food and sit down dining. BBQ sauce was sweeter than I like, but still had good flavor. Tried the pulled chicken and burnt ends for lunch. Chicken was spot on, burnt ends were a little dry/over cooked, but still made a good sandwich. Kids had strips and macaroni - both were excellent.“
“A friend and I went to eat this evening and our waitress Emily was amazing. I had a small problem with my steak and she immediately fixed it. I have major food allergies and she made sure it was all safe. When I go back again I will ask to set in your section. Thank you Emily for making our night worth driving the hour to eat a wonderful steak.“
“Always a great experience! The friendliest staff, great patrons and they play all the games you want to see. It's just the best environment and I recommend to anyone. Also, they've done some felt and rail work on their pool table. It shoots like a dream.“
