We got to kfc at8 pm we went through the drive through didn’t get out of there till 8:40 by the time we got our food it was cold. The only good thing that happened is all of our food was right the first time and the girl running the drive through had a really good attitude. Probably won’t be going back cause the last time we went we didn’t even end up ordering cause it took 20 min and we didn’t even make it to order our food. We ended up going somewhere else.

I came through the drive through on Saturday night and there was only ONE employee working. Shout out to this man. He was busting his butt for this company without any help. This man deserves a raise. He kept your establishment open and tried his hardest to work with what he had. Management should be ashamed for putting this man through this. The general manager should have been in here to help him and they weren’t. Shout out to Tim for being the real MVP at the Wentzville location.

same problem as many others. Ordered online but left after an hour with no food. had to call for a refund. This was the last of many bad experiences with this KFC, wish I had a better store close to me because I love KFC, just not this one unfortunately.

It is 5pm on a Friday. My husband is there ordering dinner right now. They have no coleslaw, no extra crispy chicken and no French fries. How does a restaurant on a Friday have none of any item! Who is running this establishment? If I was the Owner or General Manager I would immediately let go of the shift manager, or whoever is in charge of ordering and making sure there is product to serve!Losing Kentucky Fried Chicken in Wentzville! Absolutely losing!

We got there almost 2 hours after they were supposed to be open, pulled to the drive thru and got the automated “How can I help you’” then nothing. I pulled around to the window and looked in to see that there was nobody in there. What is the point in posting hours of operation if you just open whenever you feel like it. I’ve had numerous problems with this location from mixed up orders to rude employees and ordering 3 sandwiches and being told that my limit was 2. I go back only because my kids like KFC (other locations), but I won’t be doing that again.

I have lived in Wentzville for 12 years, I said I would not go back after my last experience, but I was craving KFC so I thought I would give it another chance. Went around 5:30pm on Monday thinking I would get fresh food, nope the chicken was dried out like it was over an hour old, cold fries, hard biscuit, never again will I visit this location, back to Popeyes in Foristell for me and the family.

This is the first negative experience i’ve had at this location. It’s only my second time there. I ordered an 8 pc. bucket +8 tender meal online and sat in the pickup parking stall. The notifications on the app said my meal was ready 15 minutes later. After waiting in the pickup parking stall no one ever came out with the order. I tried to walk into the restaurant and the lobby was locked. 6:45 ona Saturday 3/2/24. I called the restaurant several times and no one answered the phone. I then combed through the KFC app and it indicated if a lobby is closed proceed through the drive through. Well, the drive through at this point had 6-7 cars in it. By the time i made it to the speaker they said stay in line until i get to the window for my order. It makes no sense to stall completed orders that are already ready forcing them to stay in line while you’re prepping other orders. So no matter how long it takes to prep the order for all the vehicles in front of you you’re just sitting in line. After another 30 minutes i finally get to the window and my order is waiting on the table a few feet away. I get all the way back home 15 minutes away not excited about the long wait and ready to serve dinner to the family. After all that i’m now missing the 8 piece chicken tenders. Not only that but the food is cold and all the “crispy chicken” is now soggy because it sat there on the counter so long. Frustrated, I call the location and no one answers. I called 3 more times and still no answers. I understand the service industry is challenging now a days but this was just plain bad.

We decided on kfc because we had the grandkids tonight. We ordered 2 sides of Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes /gravy. They gave us Cole slaw, what 8 and 6 year old will eat Cole slaw?????

I haven't eaten KFC in 15 years! The chicken (Extra crispy) was ok, but the individual sides were 3 tablespoon portions? I know it's individual size, but no one should pay for 3 tablespoons of potatoes or Mac n cheese! KFC meal deal was not a deal! I'll wait another 15 years....
