Bad customer service and everything takes almost 30 minutes to be served. Tables, bathrooms and floors were filthy. By the time I got my food it was cold because they had it in the window for 15 minutes while they finished making something in the back.

This is the first visit to a Captain Ds in DECADES. We did drive thru b/c of convenience so I can't comment on atmosphere. I honestly think there was only 2 employees working so it some time for us to get our food but when we did get it, it was hot and very good. The bast fast food I've had in a LONG time. Kudos to Bobby and his coworkers. They were professional, polite and efficient . They deserve raises for their work.

Bobby, Kentravious, and Sharonda gave excellent service..the establishment was clean and quiet..my grandson said this was the best night ever and he loves Captain D's food..we would highly recommend..

I waited in line 30 minutes,and there was only one car in front of me. I ordered the country catfish fillet meal. It was seasoned with too much lemon pepper and the fish had so much coating on it that it was unrecognizable. This was my second time in a week there, and it was awful.

The fried oysters were too strong tasting, the catfish fillets were so hot they melted the container, filets were thin, generally disappointing experience. Service was ok.

We got supreme which is 2 fish 2pieces of chicken 6 shrimp and 2 sides I got okra and macaroni and chz. It was awesome. Really loved the okra! The lady at the window was smiling and sweet. I'm sure I will eat food from here againVegetarian options: Fried okra , jalapeno poppers
