The donuts are good my only problem is the staff hardly welcome you and seem to just want to get your money and send you on your way. The shop does need to be updated it's a bit

I deleted and posting another review because they've come along ways with being friendly and curtious. Customer service has improved ? and that makes the donuts even better. They've always had the freshest and most tasty donuts though. Better than Dunkin by far.

I am not one to make bad reviews. I try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt. I have owned my own businesses. But in this case I am, I called a day ahead to place a special order for a specific donut. I was told they would have them ready and gave a time I would be there to pick them up. I showed up and they acted like they had no clue what I was talking about. These were not just for me to eat, they were specific for a recipe for a competition. Now I am left having to change all of my plans very last minute. To say I'm aggravated is an understatement!!

We travel often through this town and we always stop here for donuts because they are normally delicious! But this time the bavarian creme tasted sour. I will be honest and say this was the first time I got a sour tasting donut. I will change my review if it is better when we go back through the town again. I really hope they are the way they use to be!
Awesome store. Really the only store in Batesville worth going into. There are only two things about this horrid town and state that do not suck. These donuts and me.

My mother ate here last donut here. The doctor said just the thought of all those multi-colored sprinkles sitting on top of the donut's pink frosting, was too much for her heart. She took one bite and collapsed on the ground. The manager was kind enough to give me a free glazed donut and a cup of coffee. RIP, mom!

I give 5 stars for the Donuts only. The girl behind the counter doesn't know a thing about customer service or how to be curtious. I really don't expect much these days tho. Really good fresh donuts.
