This was the loves truck stop in Batesville, Ms. It was a very nice Well put together Loves as most of them are. Great variety also. The young lady working night shift seemed very tired angry or bothered and was not very kind or customer service oriented. I first spoke to her and she did not respond and just looked at me rudely. Also when me and a few other people had questions she was slow to answer and once again in some cases did not respond at all. I still gave it 4 stars...read full review
The girl who took my order was talking on her phone the whole time about her paycheck. Nobody cares about her paycheck!! It’s supposed to be about great food and customer service. It was very disappointing and frustrating!! This location has always been awesome at customer service! Not today though……

I order my food on kiosk, in 5 min was ready, the 1st Lady come to me with my food, (she was nice)I was looking for a honey mustard, so I came back to service desk, 3 ladies was looking on me, and nobody come to me and ask me my needs.2nd lady finally come to me, and I told: Sorry to bother you, do you have some honey mustard?"
