Even though we came in during theunch rush, we got our sandwiches very quickly! The workers seemed a bit stretched thin, maybe they would have been better off with another person so they weren't so overwhelmed, but they were kind and got our orders right so I'm happy!
Please stop cleaning the latte machine during breakfast hours. (!!!!!) I'm sure it's automated to clean itself, but surely your beverage service company can reset it so that it cleans in the middle of the night when no one wants a latte. This has been a problem several days a week for the past several years. I have complained to the hotline, reviewed using the website on my receipt and yet it continues. Please fix it.

It says their closed at night but there 24/7 @ this subway. My Philly sub was freaking cold and uncut when I got to my hotel room. The protein was freezing. You could have warmed my sub up.
