Have you seen the inside of McDonald's recently? They are soulless. The food was great. The young man that helped me with my missing fries was working hard and very nice. He acted quickly to keep the food coming out quickly.Parking: Don't park on the drive thru side. It's the longest walk to a door on the pickup window side.

I placed an online order with a special mcdouble and a special hot and spicy mcchicken. I checked my food when they gave it to me and both of my items were wrong. I sent back my mcdouble because it didn’t have pickles on it so I asked them to add pickles and rewrap it. Then I checked my mcchicken and it was wrong too. It had ketchup on it. Where in the hell do you get adding ketchup to a mcchicken from? I put add pickle xtra mayo. Nothing about ketchup. The sticker was right so I didn’t get the wrong sandwich and there wasn’t anybody in the drive thru either. So I sent that back too and when I got my sandwich it had finger imprints in the bun. I guess the table person got mad because they can’t read and make food right so he took it out on my bun.

Horrible FastFood restaurant, waited almost 40 minutes just to get a very simple order wrong twice to which I have to return to the counter only to have them walk past me several times, knowing there was once again another issue. I ended up leaving and giving up, got to my car and all the buns were old and stale. I wasted $30+ dollars and decided it would be easier to just throw away the whole order and go somewhere else. I am not a picky person, at the end of the day I left with my order still messed up but I am not going to beg someone to do something right, I do my job just like everyone else. If there was a choice to give this place zero stars I would, I highly suggest for your well being, find another McDonalds or restaurant and enjoy your evening.

Cannot get any food right. waited 30 minutes in lobby for a double cheeseburger. When I get drive thru, they attempted to give me 3 other people's order. I had to wait so they could remake our order since it was given to somebody else.... One of the employees kept rolling her eyes every time a customer asked for a cup or anything simple. Guy in the back was walking around like he was on something. Not professional at all.

I had a satisfactory McDonald's experience. I had a lot of poor experiences with Mcd locations, some here, but I can say it was an improvement.I ordered curbside since it was a particularly nice day. The classic two cheeseburger meal was a nice bite. I decided not to add bacon for that extra flavor but still enjoyed my meal.Parking: Plenty of parking. I parked at the reserved curbside parking near hwy 6 side.

The clerks were decent but the filet o'fish was old, dried out and the bottom bun was hard as a rock on all three we ordered. And the fries were COLD. It should be against the law to serve COLD Mickey D's fries! This McDonalds is far from a good one and I'd wait to go to the next one as this is in my hometown and consistently BAD.

Stopped at the Batesville MS McDonalds this morning for breakfast. I would give them no stars if possible. No one working the counter so i had to order through the Kiosk. I am tech savvy but I can see where older folks not so tech proficient will never use this, and I am pushing 70.I never saw a smile on any of the workers which were all African American. Chaos alone doesn't describe how the kitchen area operates from what I viewed. Slow Slow Slow on our order which was minimal to begin worth (Egg McMuffin Combo and a cheeze egg biscuit). Hard to believe these workers are demanding $15 and hour.....It is no wonder why our cities are in decay and crumbling.....with this type of folks running things; we are doomed.
