We expected worse - but wanted a slew of Chinese food and got a great experience to boot.We went on a Sunday.Meatballs are great, the chicken broccoli is fantastic, and the seafood salad was perfection.Service was great, bathrooms were clean.Will be back at some point. “Chopstick has the best Chinese cuisine in Hancock County on the gulf coast of Mississippi! As mentioned by the restaurant's promise they use for never using MSG, their food is extremely fresh, made-from-scratch in the kitchen! Chopstick's ingredients are extremely fresh, and especially with incredible flavor and quality! Chopstick may have a decent quantity of food in the buffet, but I definitely enjoy having the opportunity to eat Coconut Shrimp, Chicken and Broccoli, Fried Rice, and Veggie Mei Fun! Oh, and sushi rolls are also available for the taking with the buffet option, but an additional $5.99 for takeout sushi (not included in the buffet takeout). Despite the quiet ambiance, the restaurant has great casual vibes for lunch hours. On top of the top-notch service, our server was extremely friendly from being seated until the time we got our fortune cookies! I score Chopstick Chinese a 5-star rating, granted it's a wonderful hidden gem along US-90 in BSL!“
