Glad we changed plans and decided to hang here for the evening. It was packed for UFC299 but we got a tableIn about 45 minutes. Our server Maddie was a highlight, awesome and on top of everything. The gumbo was excellent. Wish we had gotten a bowl instead of a cup. The shrimp po boy was good, bread really soft and the burger did not disappoint. Great stop for some casual food while at the Beau Rivage. Will come again to watch sports and eat on out next visit here.
10 stars for our server, Maddie (Madisen) who was cheerful, welcoming and chock full of Southern Hospitality! A true delight. They were short staffed, as many places are, and she was 150% hustle. There were times when we looked across the room and could see her JOGGING!Next, 7 stars for the Gumbo Ya Ya. A favorite dish for us and this did not disappoint. I love this place for their selection of craft beer and video poker. I've been many times, but this was my first time ordering food. The nachos were absolutely amazing. Such a huge portion for the price, which is rare these days. My server, Hannah, was amazing. Very attentive and personable, and food and drinks came out fast. I'll be trying more of the menu at my next visit!
