I gave them a coupon for two free soft tacos from when they messed up my order the last time I was there they gave me the coupons I leave and they literally didn’t give me the two free tacos…like get it together

The order was not complete. Also, they refused to make separate orders. Both workers seemed unhappy and seemed bothered when we told them our orders were incomplete. By the time they gave uis the rest of our food, it wasn't hot.

They often have no Pepsi. Mountain Dew, Black beans, etc.We have to check the food before we leave the drive through becsuse they often get the order wrong, they don't put napkins in the bag. When we say NO sauce, they put lots of sauces in the bag. When we specifically ask for Fire or Hot, we don't get them. They are also very show with filling orders.
This is the absolute worst Taco Bell we have ever been to. I guess it's a bad area because no napkins no sauces bathrooms are locked. We ordered Doritos locos tacos and we're told they were out of those shells after waiting there. Gave us regular shells but didn't reimburse us the extra money. They were also out of Baja Blast and one or two other soft drinks.

They are alwayz fast and polite. Never rush you from the window or counter. Wish all places hired as well as this Taco Bell! Check yalls greese for the cinn-a-bon a little more and I'd eart every meal here.
The young man that served me was extremely polite and great to look at. EVERY Taco Bell should have service and a sights like this one...I give it an all around 10.

This is not the first time I've had to wait 30+ minutes in the drive thru line, this time I couldn't go inside cuz there were 6 other vehicles in line. It is absolutly ridiculous to not be ready for 30+ minutes after opening. I've never had an issue with the food but get your damn staff right or get a whole new staff. I worked food for 9 years and this is completely unacceptable. It's fine if it's every once in a while, things happen, but not every gd time.

For the person missing all 10 of their Mild Sauces: You aren't supposed to even open the bag since you're delivery driver, and if the customer told you they were missing "10 Mild Sauces" it is because they DO cost money and they give out 2 packets per menu item (not sides) (so 3 Bean Burritos would receive 6 Sauce packets) & you cannot just request more, BC they do cost money... nothing is free...so stop trying to argue and give out your little 2 star rating on some greedy customers' behalf like you are doing some sort of justice.
