I am a doordash delivery driver and this is by far one of the worst Dairy Queens I've ever attempted to picked up from. I stood at the counter and was never acknowledged. They took others orders as I was standing at the pickup area. When my fiance let them know I was there for a Doordash order they just gave us annoyed looks and didn't respond. I stood there a total of 10 min before I finally left. I am by proxy a customer. And if the service had been on par, I would have been back to order food for myself. I will never step foot in this cesspool ever again.
All tables dirty. Order delivery VERY VERY slow. Employees not trained in basic processes. Manager ineffective, disruptive to processes. Wrong orders delivered. 12:00 noon 3/10/2024.

This Dairy Queen is in need of corporate to take a look at things. When I say nasty it’s an understatement from the facility to the staff. Black trans in the window with 2 inch nails that have crude under them. I know management sees this. Just nasty on all levels. I threw food away.

Valentine's Day, we wanted a special treat - Choco dipped Strawberry Blizzards. We got less than ½ way down our cups, and it was just vanilla ice cream. Dairy Queen, isn't the flavor of the Blizzard suppose to be all the way through the shake? We paid almost $15 for two large and only got flavor for one!

They are very racist, only the cashier was the only one who was friendly and who was working there, the rest were in a terrible mood and making fun of the customers who speak Spanish!
For some reason I was unable to do the survey printed on my receipt, but I still could NOT miss the opportunity to shout out MS. ERICA! She was the most patient, kind-hearted, professional as the kids I brought struggled to put their orders together. As I was leaving she noticed that I was struggling out the door with a handful. With the biggest smile, she ran to the rescue with a DQ bag and helped me package my things! I believe in showing appreciation for little acts of kindness and Ms. Erica along with the delicious ice cream truly made my day better !

Manager has a very snotty attitude. We ordered our ice cream and 2 other orders went out before we went and asked about ours and the manager said "I thought that order already went out and that we had an attitude" We were not rude and we could have been really ugly when we were not. Customer service training is definitely needed for the managers in Brandon MS.

Had horrible supper. Ordered flame thrower burger meal and got charged for fries and large drink (add on). That I denied and Burger was dry and didn't have jalapeno bacon on it. Wife got chicken fryer basket and tried twice to get onion rings that were not burn to a crisp. They had to queso dipping sauce and was charged for a extra sauce. And she never got her Texas toast. Basically a $25 dollar waste of money. Next time will just go to sonic it will be right and will be cheaper.
