The food is meticulously prepared, as the staff has a passion to provide quality, flavorful & authentic meals with a family atmosphere and amazing service. We normally are dine-in customers. On this occasion it was a holiday, and we decided to do a pickup meal to enjoy at home. We were not disappointed. Flavor, temperature & quality were as if we sat at their table. “I just love Bumpers, I really feel like it's slept on as a fast food joint! They have hand battered chicken tenders, fried pickles and onion rings! The employees are ALWAYS the sweetest also! Like they are top notch. Seriously. Did you know they also have new Philly Cheese Steak options?? Bacon and comeback, A1 and Loaded Philly. I'm literally writing this review though mainly to brag about the employees though!”

“I ordered a $35.00 small platter. They charged me for a large. I will not order from them again. I called them and told the girl that answered the phone. All she could say was sorry, they wrote large down. I told her I was told it was 37.50 with tax. I have the phone conversation where I ordered a small platter. But all I got was sorry, they wrote down a large. I will not recommend them to anyone.”

“I just wanted to take the time out to compliment the young lady that was working here on Christmas Day. Her and the lady working on the store side around 3:30 pm on Christmas were so cheerful and accommodating. I was thankful that subway was open on Christmas and for them both to serve with a smile despite working on a holiday really made my day. Thank you!

“The Brookhaven Zaxby's has really improved over the past three or four months. I have done app orders for pick up since the restaurant opened several years ago. Until about three months ago I always had to check my order because inevitably something would be forgotten. But over the past 3 months my orders have been perfect, even extra sauce in the bag without me having to ask at the counter.

The food also has improved over the past several months. I always order the Cobb salad with fried strips, and the one I picked up yesterday was the best yet. Whatever changes y'all have made, stick with them because I will be stopping by weekly if not more frequently. I have not a single complaint about the food or service yesterday. Perfection.”

“Not enough tables chairs. Had to go sit in the car. U build a brand new kfc. Inside smaller than the old kfc. Had several kfc employees sitting at tables blaring on phones. So people wanting to eat can’t even sit down to enjoy their meal”

“The best fast food hamburger in Brookhaven. The best chilli cheese dog period …. It’s perfect. Also they have golden butterscotch sundaes and shakes . Which was gone for years but is now back . This place has always been my favorite and likely always will.

“Came through the drive thru because I was parched. Quick service, the usual reasonable prices. The young lady working the window must have hands of super strength because she had my beverage, food item, napkin and straw all in one hand, which made it difficult for me to take without making her drop something. Be nice and hand things one at a time to your customer!”
