We like it because of the side options. They have more than just fries. Mac and cheese, broccoli, corn, okra, etc. the food is good and they service is just as good as any other fast food place.Kid-friendliness: They have kids meals. They come with a drink and just $5 or so.Parking: Plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: A wheelchair could easily get in and around.
See update below original review:Unfortunately, myself and my family had a horrible customer service experience at the Captain D’s in Clinton, MS on September 11, 2022. While attempting to order, I had questions about different fish options (that I did not see posted on the sign). My husband asked if there were grilled options, and she told us the options, my husband then asked if that could be made into a meal, and the attendant said to him “I just said that didn’t I?”...read full review

Everything was good. The food was hot and fresh. The customer service was there and helpful. Unfortunately the cod was a bit greasy. The rest of our food was great and new chicken strips are awesome.
