I ordered a half pound Roast beef like I do in Jackson, Ridgeland, etc. The meat here is cut thicker it seems. Also they are not prepping enough Roast beef to serve customers through the day. Rather than admitting the roast beef has not been heated to tender yet - they serve me a grainy, muscley, flavorless roast beef that crunches like rubbery undone beef.We were the only people in the drive through. My first experience at the new Arby’s exceeded all expectations.The food was piping hot, tasted great, and most importantly the customer service was A+! To the young lady who took my order (I believe her name was Malasia)….thank you for patiently answering all of my questions and making solid recommendations. Your professionalism and kind disposition made my first experience such a pleasant one! Management…give this young lady a gold star! ????

This is the poorest service I have ever had. Only 1 car at the drive through. I thought maybe they could handle that.? Ordered 2 roast beef sandwiches. Waited behind the 1 car at drive through for 20 minutes boxed in with no way out.. finally got to the window and had totally the wrong order. As they looked to confused to give me the 2 basic sandwich’s I ordered I pulled off and left. Wasted life trying to get food from that Arby’s in Clinton. Never saw any worse service
