I waited over 20 minutes on a 15 piece that I asked to be well done. My wings were not close to well done. Forgot to mention cold. The corn tasted better than the entire order. Then, when you try to call them back. The phone just rings to the voicemail. You can't ever talk to a real person when you call if you're not being hungup on or placed on hold for God knows how long. Know better do better.
So far, everything is okay. The girl at the register could use more training in customer experience, she wasn't rude just giving the vibe she didn't want to be at work today. Someone need to tell the other young lady with the braids up in a bun that standing behind the cooler eating a bowl of fries does not hide you. I would like to see the staff wear gloves.

Please don’t spend yall money here. This place has terrible management. Whoever the manager is on duty 3/23/2024 at 1pm needs to be fired or retrained. Very rude and unapologetic for something they messed up.
