Please don’t spend yall money here. This place has terrible management. Whoever the manager is on duty 3/23/2024 at 1pm needs to be fired or retrained. Very rude and unapologetic for something they messed up. It has also been hard to get in contact with someone to rectify the situation. 0 out of 10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!Reply to response: you seem to be reflecting some stuff you can’t control but others you can your staff having a terrible attitude and being disrespectful is absolutely something you all can change tho I understand stuff happens that’s out of our control they way I was handled is the problem. Retrain your staff and quit frankly I ordered from the Wingstop app yall hired a 3rd party that’s not my issue. Lastly look at all the reviews take action and stop making excuses.

I waited over 20 minutes on a 15 piece that I asked to be well done. My wings were not close to well done. Forgot to mention cold. The corn tasted better than the entire order. Then, when you try to call them back. The phone just rings to the voicemail. You can't ever talk to a real person when you call if you're not being hungup on or placed on hold for God knows how long. Know better do better.

So far, everything is okay. The girl at the register could use more training in customer experience, she wasn't rude just giving the vibe she didn't want to be at work today. Someone need to tell the other young lady with the braids up in a bun that standing behind the cooler eating a bowl of fries does not hide you. I would like to see the staff wear gloves.

Didn’t strain the fries or wings. Greasy as hell. Iv been to other wing stops that are great. This one disappointed me. Won’t be back.

So, I just thought I would share. I walked in at 10 minutes til opening yesterday. I asked for a 10 peice and they made it without questioning the time. Everyone was friendly and on deck. Nice.

Well first I try to call in my order, Someone picked up an immediately said can you hold and then put me on hold. I waited about sixteen minutes on hold and no one came back to the phone. So I decided to hang up. And then I called back and could not get any answer at all. I try to call three times and no one would pick up. So I decided to drive there when I get into the restaurant.There's only about 2 customers inside. So i'm not sure why they couldn't answer the phone. A place to order while waiting On my order, one of the workers said it's time for me to go and another worker replied. Wait until we get the last customers out And then the one who said it was time for them to go replied. I don't give a damn about these customers. My food was decent. The fry's were real soggy, didn't have any salt on them. The wings were good though. I wouldn't recommend this wingstop to anyone the customer service is just horrible

This place needs a management or full employee revamp or something. They never NEVER answer the phone and 9/10 you have to go back after receiving your order because something is wrong or missing. Im not even a customer that usually trips about these type of things but this is too consistent and as a faithful Wingstop customer and especially tonight since I’ve spent over 100 bucks and still can’t get proper service, I am not pleased.

PLEASE yall check ur orders to ensure accuracy, this is the 2nd time this week that my order was short or items missing all together!! I work hard for money, if I buy 20 wings don’t short me & give15, that’s just not fair & the food was so salty until it made my brain itch, its lemon pepper wings so extra salt wasn’t needed! It ruined my meal omg, I don’t think I’ll be returning! Oh, And corporate try to be more discreet your workers somehow knew u were gonna pay them a surprise visit they were screaming before she got in the door to “act busy”, so they we’re on their best behavior as I stood there beside the blonde corporate worker, yet still got my order wrong tho

When this place opened years ago, it was great. Each year it has consistently gotten worse. The employees are rude and lazy, nobody ever answers the phone, wings are either rubbery and cold, or cooked in old oil and dry (there is no in between), out of fries half the time, and take forever to do anything. I’m honestly surprised it’s still open at this point. Needs new management, and workers who care just a little bit.
