Everytime I go there they either gety wrong. Or I don't get what I ordered. I won't be back.

IM NOT FROM HERE BUT THIS IS THE WORSE McDonalds I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO IN MY 34 YEARS, I ORDERED A DOUBLE FILET FISH MEAL AND DID NOT RECEIVE MY FRIES AND I ASKED THE YOUNG WORKER DOES THE MEAL NOT COME WITH FRIES AND SHE SAID ALL SHE SEEN WAS A DOUBLE FILET FISH SANDWICH CLEARLY IT SAYS MEAL NOT JUST THE SANDWICH AND I WAS LIKE WHATEVER YO, I UNDERSTAND IT MAY BE CLOSING TIME AND WHAT NOT BUT YOU NEED TO PAY ATTENTION TO THE CUSTOMERS RECIPT AND ORDER:THAT SAYS MEAL NOT JUST SANDWICH BUT MEAL,ITS ALL GOOD I KNOW I WONT EVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN, I RECEIVED MY OTHER ITEMS AND MY BREAD WAS HARD AS A ROCK

Tonight was terrible! I told them I wanted a fresh fish combo, fries no salt and 6 piece nugget. My order was cashed out at 7:33 pm..I originally got to McDonalds at 720pm...Got to the window to get my food at 736pm... Immediately tasted the fries...they were terrible. I gave them back and asked could I get the fries that's coming up. The manager dumped my fries back in that grease and returned them to me. No, I didn't see it but I'm not a fool. As I drove off I tasted the fish it was ice cold...so I went into the store and told them my problems. Manager was not interested but called for fresh food. I sat there waiting another 20 minutes or so for food that never came. I asked for my money back. The manager was hot... She called someone on the phone and told them I requested hot food but decided to get a refund. She didn't tell them that I had been waiting all this time. It took another 5 to 8 minutes to get my money back. McDonald's on 82 East in Columbus MS needs the boot. They need to be shut down. This has been going on for years...not weeks..not months but years..it's sad...I stopped going for a long time, but started back occasionally because my God Daughter loves they fries. Something has got to change. I said I was done with 82 McDonald's before, but this time it's a done deal. I will spend my money where I'm appreciated...not where I'm treated like I'm tolerated.

The Wilder Lives
This place has gone downhill a lot in the past few years. There is almost always something wrong with our orders, whether it be that they just completely left an item out or they made the food completely wrong. This McDonald’s used to be our go-to for quick food, but we have now definitely learned to only order through doordash for this store, because DD will at least give a refund when everything is messed up.

This place deserves no stars, there's cockroaches crawling in the counters. We ordered food inside and couldn't get service, we waited so long for our food only to find out it was in a bag waiting in the back, but no one was going to bring it out. It was also the wrong order but getting anyone to listen to us and do anything was hopeless.
You can NOT ever get fresh food anymore especially hot and fresh fries! Least the milkshake machine been working.?

McDonalds on hwy 82 is got to be the nastiest fly infested place in MISSISSIPPI more flies eat there than people seems like it,you guys really need to knock that building down before someone gets poisoned ???Parking: I parked in the parking lot

If I couldGive this place 0 stars I would the service is horrible The workers are rude. The food is hard and the fries are cold .We were standing at the counter and people are just looking at. Is not try to help us? At all and then we tell they we want mayo in the crispy chicken sandwich deluxeand put only a little bit of mayo on the sandwich and there were a whole bottle of Mayo right there
