“Mills is a very low-key, simple steakhouse. We've been twice and the food was well prepared both times. The steaks are cooked well and the prices are fair. The menu is short and simple with no frills, just like the decor. The brat overall value is the 32oz sirloin for two. It provides an affordable date-night meal. Tonight, I got a 16oz sirloin and my wife got the beef tips. She said they were the best she has eaten in many years. Server was very friendly and on top of things. Overall, this place is a good value“

“Cupcakes for good but there was nothing special about him I make them at home and they taste the same but they were good and if you're in a rush or a birthday party that they're good to have the lady working with sweet as she could be I just like looking for specialty things that tastes “

“When I ordered a mimosa, it was a half of a glass. It should have been full. The second one, they brought the remaining champagne bottle. Where was the remainder of the first one? And the visit was expensive. The chicken/bacon was great though!“

Ramer Station Restaurant Steak House • $$
4000 TN-57, Ramer

“Off the beaten path, this is a nice stop for pretty standard Southern diner food. Nice salad bar and the hamburger steaks we had were good. Service was fast and friendly. Owner and his wife work elsewhere and run this restaurant as a sideline. The restaurant has a railroad theme which is appropriate to celebrate the town's railroad history. Ramer was established along the Mobile and Ohio Railroad after it was built around 1856. The Mobile and Ohio at the time was the longest North-South Railroad in the continental United States. The Mobile and Ohio crossed the Memphis Charleston Railroad in the nearby town of Corinth, Mississippi and was a major military objective during the Civil War. History abounds in this part of the South and railroad memorabilia is a large part of the decor in the restaurant. A nice stop if you are passing this way. Comfortable benches line the front porch.“
