Great people and great crawfish! I've been eating catching and boiling crawfish all my life and I'm so pleased with the quality of the crawfish! I promise you will not be disappointed!! Big and beautiful bit even a handful dead out of 60 pounds!
Yesterday was Crawfish Max's first crawfish day of the season! The cars were lined up all the way out to the street. This is not a sit down restaurant but more like a drive through food truck. The employees were so super friendly! We learned that it is a veteran owned business which is really cool and they do a veteran and military discount and I believe they do a first responder discount as well! Just tried them for the first time and wow! perfectly seasoned! Not too hot but very flavorful, even with a tiny hint of lemon! I've been eating crawfish my entire life and this is a win! Be patient with the prices. They are only a reflection of the market price.I'll be back!:)❤️
