This starbucks always has a line, which is to be expected; I mean, it's starbucks! But I have been about 30 different starbuck locations in different states, and this one has to be the worst. It's not so much the number of cars in the drive-through but the amount of time you spend in the drive-through. I go to this Starbucks a lot and the staff is always so sweet. Today as I was picking up my drink, ‘Kaka’ realized my drink was accidentally made wrong and without hesitation had it remade for me. ((:

I ordered at the counter. It didn't seem busy at all. In fact, Google maps said under the live thing "not too busy". While they handed me my cookie right away, It took literally 17 minutes from placing my order to when they finally called my name with my 1 straightforward latte. I feel that that is unreasonably long.
