I ordered at the counter. It didn't seem busy at all. In fact, Google maps said under the live thing "not too busy". While they handed me my cookie right away, It took literally 17 minutes from placing my order to when they finally called my name with my 1 straightforward latte. I feel that that is unreasonably long.

This starbucks always has a line, which is to be expected; I mean, it's starbucks! But I have been about 30 different starbuck locations in different states, and this one has to be the worst. It's not so much the number of cars in the drive-through but the amount of time you spend in the drive-through. It has been me and a single car ahead of me at this location, and I kid you not it took 18 mins for me to get my order. To make matters worse was the wrong order. I have tried to reorder and pick up in store, unless you do it 35 mins in advance, it will not be ready.

got to the drive-through at 2:45. Finally got to order my drink at 3:05 and I had five separate orders. They have done this in the past but today they decided not to do it. I went inside to order my drink and remind you I have somewhere to be at 3:30 when we get there we're waiting five minutes at the register for someone to come get us and no one comes. Eventually they say it's going to be a minute before they can get to us so I had to leave and I have no drink and I'm late to my destination.
