Food is good but service is lacking. No smiles, no hello, thank you. He didn't even care enough to put my name in correctly so the name for me that was called out was rediculously stupid and embarassing. We very rarely go there because when we do, we always feel like an inconvenience. Awkward. We only went this time because it was Sunday, Chic Fil a was closed and we wanted chicken.
The food was delicious. The cashier needs customer service training. She couldn't calculate my change. The 2nd time we went, she got the order wrong. She then ignored me when I went to get a to go box. The other employees that I interacted with were great.

I do not like Zaxby’s, BUT I saw a commercial for the Asian Zensation salad. I thought I would give it a try. OMG, it was delicious! The egg roll was better than I get from Chinese restaurants. Very pleasantly surprised!
